The team formation and task distribution for each team member was done according to their potential. The modern and efficient management, the approach toward modern technologies require team work. Team work eliminates the routine and is highly motivating because each projects creates team experience and gives the satisfaction of team work. Communication skills and the capacity to interact efficiently to answer in real time to the demands of others and to actively take over the team ideas are the main qualities of each team member.
For the proposed research theme, it is considered that the team members posses the general and specific knowledge and present creative potential. The team acts like an unit including prestigious academic persons with national and internal acknowledgement and young researchers, eager for improvement and open to the experience of older researchers. A significant influence in the final research is represented by the abroad research-improvement stages of some of the team members (Dresden University and University of Minho).

It is estimated that this way the team will be more efficient and its members will have complementary and alternative roles.
